I appreciate that entrusting me with the care of your
pets is an important and difficult decision for you to make. I therefore offer a free initial consultation
where I will meet you and your pet(s) at your home where we can discuss your
specific requirements. If you are happy
with the services offered, the booking can be confirmed at this time.
I will take notes about your pets’ habits, food and
exercise regime, medical history, etc. I
will also ask for veterinarian details and contact information, including
emergency contact details. Unless
booking a long time in advance of the service dates a spare key may be
requested at this point.
Full payment for services is to be made within 2 weeks
of an invoice being issued, via cash or cheque (payable to Kay Rolph).
